LILIS was inspired by my best friend and the most fashionable, luxurious woman in my life—my mom. Born with a rare dry skin condition, my mom faced a non-smoker lung cancer diagnosis. Ahead of a pivotal surgery at 8 a.m., she spent three hours in a steamy shower scrubbing her body with a glove (때밀이—a traditional Korean spa technique) to conceal her vulnerability from the surgeons. This made me wonder why there wasn't a body care product that was both luxurious and effective. Thus, LILIS was born—a luxurious body care solution that is both sensorial and efficacious, incorporating Korean skincare innovation and spa culture. Now, my mom enjoys a body care ritual as luxurious as she is. We hope everyone can experience the luxury of body care and enjoy the beauty of their skin.
